Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Oklahoma, hired through the College of Arts and Sciences Data Scholarship Initiative. Prior to my work here, I was a research economist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (2015-19). 

My research examines the economics of genetically engineered foods and crops, agricultural adaptation to climate change, agricultural technology adoption, and market structures in the U.S. farm economy. My work seeks to answer a range of policy-relevant questions in natural resources, agricultural and environmental economics, and food policy. Necessarily interdisciplinary, my work involves application of diverse econometric and statistical methods.
